**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a network engineer overseeing or administering an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with DoD organizational structure, Network Enterprise Operations, firewalls, and DoD services integration.
- Must have one of the following certifications:
- CCNA (with at least 5 years of experience in a DoD enterprise network environment)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Juniper Network Certified Internet Specialist (JNCIS)
- Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V.
**Familiarity With:**
- Cisco ISE, VPNs, and Next-Generation Firewalls.
- Implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) on classified enterprise systems.
- A wide range of networking technologies and enclaves, including SIPRNet, NIPRNet, VLANs, ACLs, SIEM, and VPNs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the development and implementation of assigned projects, serving as the main point of contact.
- Manage projects from concept through final implementation, coordinating with end users, computer services, and client services.
- Define project scope and objectives, develop work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conduct project meetings, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage vendor tasks, review deliverables, and provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
- Act as the liaison between the government project manager, COR/CO, and contractor personnel.
- Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions.
- Plan, manage, execute, and finalize projects, acquiring resources, and coordinating efforts to deliver tasks according to the contract.

Compensation: $110,000.00 per year
